where is the blower motor located on the focus.
I hit a preety big pothole the otherday and now when I use the blower is seems to be squeeling.
Hoping to just pull it out and clean it + give it a visual inspection.
Only weird part is it seems to be louder when I turn left.... Gotta mbe the motor because it does not due it when the motor is off.
So where is it?
under/behind the glove box

Thanks mo. I figured it would be up in there but I didnt wanna be bumbling up there out in the cold on the off chance I could be wrong.
Now second question. Is the blower and the fan one unit or can they be separated. My idea is that is must have come loose or it just needs to be rebuild and cleaned.
It squeels because the bearings in the motor are pooched.
Mine squeels like a stuck pig in the cold.
It's a replace to fix situation. WD-40 won;t work here Mason.

Ya probibly. But im still gonna pull it apart and make the shot at some proper lubrication... sence WD-40 isnt much of a lube ill make a shot with somthing eles.
If thats the case and its cooked I get it for all of 60bux at my work.
