Looking for some suggestions on decently priced well sounding exhaust package and when I mean "well sounding" I mean when I drive by some dude the sound from the exhaust system is so awesome that his head explodes because it is in fact... that awesome.
i just made a new video of my hideous exhast, and open wastegate, ill put up on you tube later.
It's not the greatest video ever, but it gives you a rough idea of how a 2.25" MBRP cat-back sounds inside the Focus. Outside, it's deep, not ricey and easy to live with.

EDIT - holy crap that's a huge clickable image! Thank you Photobucket!

Borla then. No doubt about it. :D
FS stuff is awesome but $$$......

I'd have to third or fourth the MBRP.....
MBRP actually doesn't sound half bad worth considering for sure.
Borla and SVT = pretty good sound too.
Heres me in my ZX5 doing a burnout in the summer. I had the Focus Central 4-2-1 Header on it as well as the MBRP Gen 1 exhaust. Enjoy :)

I have a catback Borla and it sound's crazy not rice at all!! - I've had it for just about 4 years no rust and still sounds great!
Cheers,

I def recommend it!
I have a clip of the MBRP on my auto Duratec, it's 27MB though (I don't have access to the DiVx converter anymore :() If you want it, catch me on MSN

EDIT found a converter that took it down to 12MB but its a QT file now

mbrp i fing is really good - gotta give it a week - it grows on you and sounds better when worked in a bit
I have question to the guys with OBX headers, how easy was the install and did u keep or not keep the cat.

no cat...when i was putting mine up i also put a bigger flex pipe.....all together was about 5 hours takin off stock parts was the hardest part...
u can put high flow cat after

Install
So say when you got your header could you have just bolted on to the cat with it?
if u want your stock cat on then buy a bulls*** shorty header that will give a lil difference in power

it bolts just like the stock manifold does its just a lil bigger
Well I really don't care about the cat, the problem is I guess I would have to get a flex pipe, and did it line up with your MBRP cat back system?
