Hi all

Recently I noticed that I have a small wet area on top of the engine near the breather tube that runs from the back right side of the crankcase to the airbox. Anything to worry about? Should I just clean it up and put a clamp on the tube?

i have the same problem

but it connects to valve cover
double post
if your Crankcase... is on the topside of your engine, your car is on its roof.:)

that is the breather tube that goes from the valve cover to the airbox.... its just vent the pressure from the valve cover
symantics aside. Ive never actually had that happen yet...
That tube had a "sweating" problem since the day I drove the car out of the shopwroom until I put a small clamp on it, that worked perfectly. According to the dealer it's a common "inconvenience". Just like my valve cover gasket that likes to "sweat". They like using those terms, I think my car has a gland problem.
