few quick picks of the inake and tb on courtesy of andrew (thanks agian)
just a quick pic...cant wait to send the block out to get bored and blasted and repainted
Coming together very nicely I must say I actually like the Blue and purple combo.
I was always a hater on the stock manifold "with Turbo adaptor" where the cat would be located. But if your actually gonna chop the header and add a collector ( Vibrant makes one and there local) I think it just might work. But like I told you yesturday be aware of you oil lines cause with that style header it might sit lower than the oil pan and then you might need an external oil pump. Personally I always liked top mount turbo headers. If your planning to enter car shows you'll get pple kicking your front bumper trying to look deep into your engine bay looking for the turbo. Something I had to deal with when I had my precision turbo kit cause pple didn't think it was really boosted lol see what I mean
Compared to this Roush Manifold There is no question that its boosted. Just a thought to keep in the back of your head.
yea i need a manifold with no wastegate flange i have internal wastegate
hey guys trying to order siemens deka 60lb injectors but we cant find a part number
anybody know the part number for them
also apprently there ordering e a an edelbrock 255lph turbo fuel pump its got bigger ports on it apparently so why not
but yea really need a part number for the injectors
thnaks
Ahh I see your dilema, But the internal wastgate makes an awsome noise if it's anything like my gt 28r.
As for the injectors I have a set of them on hold for Tony apperently the siemens injectors were available thru Ford at one time I can see if they have a number on them. But I also have 760 CC brand new injectors for sale in my thread and I just dropped the price to $250
As for the fuel pump sounds awsome, will you be running a return system? The BDL Fuel rail is capeable of that.
just ordere siemens deka 60# injectors $128.53
and a 180 degree t-stat
not much more really to order:D

waste of money unless ur planning to mess around with your boost settings and way over priced but if u do need anything from AEM
http://www.garage16.ca can get it for you the cheapest as AEM is one of his sponsors.
yeah I never really understood the need for boost controllers, set your boost tune it and keep it set.
The only thing possibly is if you've got a winter you may want to change boost with driving conditions but then again just don't plant your foot to the floor.

Emissions, what are emissions???
Actually mine still retains the second cat underneath the car (which will soon be a high flow cat).
Cats who needs cats, but if you must weld a high flow somewhere in the staright section under the car.
