No with Leo it was insurance....
He couldn't get insured without the rear seat, they said it altered the structure of the vehicle

Haha i dont have that problem cheers for living on the Quebec side, sure i pay a bit more for my plate per year, but i save almost 3grand a year in insurance, i only have one plate to worry about and no safety or etest to deal with haha im good
