Sure but not on a day I'm working. I have my yearly schedule from work already, well till the end of this year.

Yeah, that sounds like a better idea. Last thing I want to do is "cruise" with some maniac trying to hug my rear bumper or pull stupid drift tricks in front of me <_<

actually, you'd just get all the turbo guys pogo-ing so they can hear the sounds of their blow-offs....

depending where you end up in the pack, it can be quite a noisy (and annoying) ride.

when I went, I was stuck behind some subie... falling back.. slowing down.. then jackrabbitting forward with a whooooooosh and phssssftsshhhh.

Then later in the day, it was behind a g35 that didn't have to slow down to act fast....

the scenery is great tho.. but the cops will be out in full force, (they showed up the 1st year and pulled over a bunch of cars en route -- including myself and a couple others to ask why were driving in circles because the ride wasn't so well organized).

if I get my crashed HD back up, I'll have to post some of those pics.

Hey Puppet,

by any chance was that HD a western digital? were you involved in that whole class action thing?
I do believe it's a WD.. not sure I was involved in the class action suit. I've been involved on various similar suits, and it boils down to 2 things...

you get $1.50 money order for your portion of the settlement (minus the lawer's fee's, etc)
or you get nothing because the american lawsuit wasn't applicable to canadian residents... but you can still get your $1.50 if you go through some other legal hoops (which i get the feeling requires more money).

Seriously.. the only ones making money off of class action suits are the liars.
i think WD is replacing the Out of warranty HD's though, i just have to keep trying to recover some data before i send mine.
