Interesting, but definately not for $500.
maybe ebay has it for $300
Now that's a cool use of GPS technology. :)
$500 is a little steep. But definately a cool idea.
Erm, my Garmin Quest GPS already gives me a digital readout of my speed. Why the hell would someone buy such a one trick pony, esp. for that kind of coin? :huh:

Exactly ... I have Microsoft Streets and Maps with GPS on my laptop (too cumbersome to use everyday) and it's speedometer function seems to be amazingly accurate - although there is a bit of a lag when accelerating.

Which is what you would get with that speedo thing anyways. GPS isn't perfect technology...

I use that same software... :lol: I actually used it to make sure my speedo reading was at least somewhat correct after installing my gauges! :lol:
