Where do you guys get your winter rubber for the best price? I noticed http://www.tires23.com had some pretty good prices.. Looking into either Hankook W409's or General Altimax Artics.. Any suggestions where to buy?

I bought my Nexans with rims at walmart for about $500. They are only 15's though so they cost less.

They get great traction in the snow and Ive had mine for 3 seasons.

Wow dude tire23 have ridic prices lmfao. They have ppl suckered in to them lol. Sry to ppl that like them. Over priced.
Post up some sizes and tire you want and I'll price em out for you.

Really? They were the cheapest I've found so far, especially with taxes in, balanced and mounted.. OK what's your price for these tires in size 215/45/17:

I really would suggest the Generals.

Genral Altimax Artic is $185each

185 + 5.84 X 4 X 1.13 = $862.5968
Let me know. The tires are limited too beacuse of the speed rating in the snow series.

For other ppl
205/50 R16
Artic Claw $155
Kumho KW17 $175
Use the math above to figure out the prices.

Hankook W300 $175

205/55 R16
Barums $100
Hankook $125
Semprent $105

So this is whats in stock now and more in coming but the prices will go up. Good luck tire hunting this year ppl.

Tires23 is cheaper for the General's they asked for 800 flat taxes in, balanced and mounted also including the ontario tire fees. No price on Hankook W409's? Hopefully I can arrange a shipment to Ken's office, from Tirerack they are a lot cheaper, probably save close to 150 bucks.

That's ok, we ever you can get em, get em. BUt make sure they don't put a lower speed rating on or weight class either.

if you dont care what brand you have, i can get you a really good price local to me (cambridge)... ill ask my buddy what he wants for 4 snow tires. also, what rims would you be mounting on? please tell me not your 17" ford racing wheels... or ill steal them. im guessing you have some 16's. ill get a price for both 16" and 17"

LOL you never know... but try to get atleast a T rated tire just to be safe.

We can do the 215-45-17 Altimax for $150 each installed.
Or we even have a set of 16" focus rims we could put some snows on and sell that way.

You serious? I wouldn't mind driving to Guelph at all, but I would wait until the snow starts to get the tires on.. How can you get them so cheap? We talking the General Altimax Arctics? I wanna get em in 215/45/17 for sure.

Were just a small shop and we try to sell everything we can as cheap as we can so we can get more repeat business :D

How much for 15"s (185-65R15)? Put on rims I have, balanced but not installed on the car. (I'd bring them in my truck)

I talked to a buddy at work who is looking for some winter tires for his van too.
He need tires and steelies. Needs a price for 16" and 17". I'm not sure as far as tire profile goes, but he wants some General Altimax Arctic's too.

This would be for a 2007 Pontiac Montana SV6, profile size is up to you.
