Well than, the price I got today doesn't sound that good any more. I am dealing with one of my customers that runs a parts house here in Toronto. I asked him to source Brembos but his suppliers don't carry them. But this is what I got.
Wagner Thermo Quiet Pads: #MX816 $75.38
AC Delco Semi Met Pads: $50.00
Raybestos premium rotors: #18A967 $73.71
2nd line rotors: #54079 $27.66
Raybestos rotors will have to be ordered but they are available overnight. Pads and 2nd line rotors are in stock. Wagner Thermo Quiet pads and excelent and don't squeel and are low dusting. These are available in the GTA. I doubt anyone will want these at this price but I tried.

I'll get a price on the Brembos/Powerslots, and Hawks in the morning. I'll also see about a discount if we get about 5 focus'.

If it is a good deal I will be in. I am getting a vibration in the rotors under braking so it is time. I will be getting brakes either way next week some time.

Like I said earlier, I only need the rotors, so wherever the best price for either brembo or powerslot is, thats what i'll go with.

No $95 for the pair. They are $105 if you want the cross drilled ones.

So why are we paying an Ontario business in USD? That's a little ass-backwards if you ask me.
06-15-2006, 11:35 PM
Id rather pay in CAN funds.

I found the seller on ebay, and he doesn't have anything by brembo listed. Some of the pics are of brembo products, but when you read the discription its another manufacturer. I think i'll stay away from that seller, to be honest i don't think we'd be getting brembo rotors.

also, no response from Mitch, i'm sure he's busy, but i doubt he'd be able to come close to these prices due to the shipping factor.

just heard back from the place here in windsor, if we can put together 5+ orders, they might be able to help us out on the price a bit. he could'nt say how much exactly right now, but @ $230 taxes in, its alot cheaper then what mitch wants for the same stuff.
we'll wait and see what Burnin21 brings back.

OK this is what I got. If we have about 5 Focus we can do Powerslot Rotors for $85 a side ($170 Left and Right) plus taxes, as well as $85 for a set of Hawk pads. Thats what I could squeeze outta my cousin. Also I will ship anywhere in Canada for free. If we get more focus' The price can go down.
Also another thing, don't go with the Ebay guy. I went with him last time, my Brembos warped in about 3 months and my PBR pads were shot and squeeking within 6 months..... And that set up cost me $250 by the time UPS got it to my door.

He seems to have pretty good feedback. I was able to find brembo rotors listed under him on ebay. he even provided me with the number on the rotors and it lines up with what is listed on brembo's site. I guess it still could be faked though but you would think he would be getting more negative feedback.
