They've done similar weird rules in the states, this doesn't surprise me. Now to see if the city actually cleans up...
they should just replace all permanent markers on the shelves with dry-erase markers. Still got good fumes for huffing, but easier to clean up!
um....writting that by-law probably cost more than what a clean up would cost....

One of the morning shows on a radio station in london went out and was selling markers on the street to kids. Too funny.
I can see it now, kids sitting outside staples asking 18+ people to buy them markers.
I read about this, some cities in SK are thinking about doing it too. It bans the sale of permanent markers and spray paint to minors. So they'll have to get their friend who can grow facial hair to buy the paint..
haha Yea, even walking through walmart, all through the paint section have the "must be 18 to purchase" tags all over, I felt like I was at a stag shop or something! hahaha
