so I am looking at some new rims for the rig. I want something plain simple and clean, in the next month or so I'll have the F2 front bumper with a wings west side skirt and rear bumper which are all pretty tame and understanded. A few rims I found that struck my fancy were:
1. Exel E-2
2. Nex-o Wheels PX-5
3. Volt Racing Volt 750
these are just some I found this morning. Now this is where the crowd participation comes in, what are your top 3 rims... there are so many out there!
The first one would be my top choice as the spoke pattern is my all time favorite! But the other two look like nice choices too!
Of the three designs that you posted, I like #3 the best as it doesn't scream "ricer boy" like the other two do.
If you want as simple a rim as it gets, I'd say mine would fit the bill (BSA 187's is the model # IIRC), only thing you'll have to watch out for with a design like mine is cleaning the crevices in the rim... lots of fun that is

Exel E-2's!!!!!
Those are awsome! If you don't get them i might!! :D
Oh and if you go through wheelmax have them shipped somewhere in the states and shipping is free! I went through them(since they are the ONLY distributor for Exel) and got my 18" H-5's, Toyo's balanced, 16 locking lugs for a VERY good price!!!

yeah they were an instant hit with me... I'm going to Michigan next month for a wedding so I might just get them then hmmmmmm :)
just to be different i'd say #2
They just don't seem as "busy" as the others...plain simple yet add Pazazz.....(i think i spelt that right)
Nex-o Wheels PX-5....They look clean.
The Exel E-2 for sure. What size of wheel are you looking at??

17" once you get into 16" the selection cuts in half. At that size I think my only options for tires will be 205/45/17. I should be fine for rubbing I hope.
it's still a toss up between #1 and #3. Option #1 will run me $570ish shipped to my friend's place in Michigan that just so happens I'll be visiting next month.
#2 for sure. Like was already mentioned, litttle less busy. Looks cleaner to me. That being said #1 is my other pick.
My choice is the Volt Racing 750, those in 18's drool! I'm going 18's Enkei RS7 with a 45mm offset, they are on order! My tire size will be a 215/40/18 and if that's too tall changing to a 215/35/18. The car is getting Coilovers and I will lower it at least 2 outback and about 2.25 in the front! ;)
These are the wheels I'm getting!
I like the middle ones mainly because the look close to the European 16" MP3 rims from Ford that came on the 2002+ models.
# 2...
