Sux driving from Hamilton to Nanticoke, the only saving grace is that the weeks that I travel which are numerous the car sits at work all week, saving me gas. But I think 65k puts me somewhere near the top of k's driven per day so far. Riddle Me This - NOS2Go4Me - 09-24-2005 scoobasteve,Sep 23 2005, 01:09 PM Wrote:lol.... Actually, order of operations means he had it right at 660. How's that terrible GTA education doing for you? I'm glad I was a rarity! :P 65KMs, one way, each day... wow. I'd buy a diesel for that much distance a week. Riddle Me This - scoobasteve - 09-24-2005 BEDMAS IS FOR PUSSIES! Riddle Me This - CanadaSVT - 09-24-2005 I'd have to say about 20-30kms each way. But I've never actually checked. Plus I usually take the long way home and enjoy it. Riddle Me This - habmann - 09-24-2005 Ya i work for OPG, well for the next 3 1/2 mnths. Its a co-op job. But like i said i travel alot monday to friday out of town so I end up leaving the focus at nanticoke for the week. When gas prices were really high the last time i was out of town for the 2 wks or so they were up and only had to use 1 tank of gas over the 2 wks, so it all works out i guess. Riddle Me This - NefCanuck - 09-24-2005 3.7km one way to work (700 m of which is travelling in my underground parking garage <_< ) Car barely has time to warm up during the trip as its all low speed travel so the fuel economy is the pits really (I figure about 10L per 100km) So 3.7km x 10 = 37KM 3.7L per week at $1 per litre = $3.70 Now bear in mind I do a fair bit of travel on weekends to see lady friend in East Scarberia (Scarborough) It's a 65KM one way trip and I usually get out there both Sat & Sun if I can so the car does get a good workout on teh weekends. NefCanuck Riddle Me This - SangriaRedZX5 - 09-24-2005 I go to Sheridan and back everyday... plus personal stuff... so about 30-40 Riddle Me This - DD1 - 09-24-2005 I drive aboot 50km to work each way + another 50-100 kms while at work for a total of around 200 a day thanks god Otis pays for gas before I moved I drove london to hamilton every day so that was 145km each way so a total of around350 or so Riddle Me This - scoobasteve - 09-25-2005 DD1,Sep 24 2005, 08:53 AM Wrote:I drive aboot 50km to work each way + another 50-100 kms while at work for a total of around 200 a day thanks god Otis pays for gas Poor SRT.... how many km are on it Riddle Me This - DD1 - 09-25-2005 no I have a FORD FOCUS WAGON for a company ride the srt only has 28,000 on it since jan 04 Riddle Me This - darkpuppet - 09-25-2005 DD1,Sep 24 2005, 10:31 AM Wrote:no I have a FORD FOCUS WAGON for a company ride the srt only has 28,000 on it since jan 04 my focus has 28,000 on it since may 02.
