saskatoon is nicer, regina is a hole but they sounds of it...

Regina is not a hole. It's a nice city just full of crap :D No better than Toon town tho.

May long probably isnt very good, most people usually have plans to go camping. And I've got plans to make double-time working the holiday (which is totally dead, because everyone in the city is out camping).
The weekend before (Sun. May 15) or after (Sun. May 29) would probably be better. Also if we're going to pick a date and make a plan to get everyone together, let's try to keep it at least 2 weeks notice, I know I need some notice to get days off work and assumably someone else might too.

I don't care about which weekend, just if not may long can only be sundays or mondays. I work on saturday till 3:15 most days. Other than that I don't care wat day it is. Sunday is normally the most boring day of the week for most people anyways.

Do we want to have it at the same place as last time, at those bbqs? That was a fairly nice spot.. or maybe someone knows a better spot (without having to steal bbqs again ;) ).
We should definitely try to have 1 big meet in Regina, and 1 big one in Saskatoon this summer though.

Yeah the last place worked perfectly I think Guilty.... I also VERY MUCH agree with having a meet here in Saskatoon also as well as the one in Regina....
Just please not on the last week of July as I am out of town for about 10 days.
