Hmm, sounds interesting and annoying at the same time. I'm euchered till likely Monday at this rate. If you still need a hand by then, I'd be happy to lend whatever assistance I can.

It's nothing personal, but when I can't physically see the system or remote into it, it's always something of a craps shoot unfortunately.
