Because we work nights, and live like vampires, our doctor suggested we try a blue light technology that gives you 4 hours of sunlight in 20 minutes.
My wife has been afflicted with SAD for years, and gets into these depressed bouts for months.
But, so far so good for both of us. The light has worked wonders.
