Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - konafocuswrc - 10-04-2009 what is "stock styled" housing? all i see is stock headlight?? i m commenting on OP's post.. OP=Original Poster=focus man, focus bulb that are meant for seperating low/high beam?? are you talking about bi-xenon?? i don't get what you are saying.. doesn't matter what kind of bulb you are getting, it all depends where you are putting into. oh and..focus man, focus..u got h4, not h3.. Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - Focus man. Focus. - 10-04-2009 Yeah I always get that confused, H4/9003. I mix that up. LOL. These are 100% HID bulbs. At first I thought I was getting bi-xenon but as it turns out these have a servo in the bulb which pulls the bulb in and out for low and high beams. Also these were made to fit in a stock housing. Night shots to follow. Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - Ignited83 - 10-05-2009 need pics!! night shots mainly  Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - Scorcher000 - 10-05-2009 Ya pics needed I run with my HID fogs on most of the time and when I get ppl flashing the highbeams at me. I flip my Headlight HIDs on plus my Hologen Highbeam lights on too and I can see them pretty much cover they're eyes with they're hands lol. seriously I do respect other ppls vission's, being legally blind myself, I only run with fogs on and i keep the top hid's off unless I'm on some country roads that have no lighting. Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - Focus man. Focus. - 10-05-2009 Ok I will run out to a local school tonight and get a couple shots against a wall and maybe accross a field or something. I cranked then down a little last night and I think they won't blind on-coming traffic like I was before with the housing up in the stock location. So after the kidlets are all tucked in and the wife has her glass of wine I will duck out for the night shots. Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - Focus man. Focus. - 10-05-2009 Here is what I got. Crap. I need a tripod or something. I was getting glare off of everything. Even the traffic lights. Someone needs to show me how to set my camera for better night shots. Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - Spinal - 10-05-2009 not too shabby there kev. are these HIDs from a mazda? i kinda want a pair now lol. Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - Focus man. Focus. - 10-05-2009 It was just a HID kit from a TM3 member. Not sure his screen name on the TM3 forum but I got the through KIJIJI. Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - Spinal - 10-05-2009 do they all come with this servo thingy? or is that just a particular type? Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - Focus man. Focus. - 10-06-2009 I have seen some without any High-Beams, some with Halogen High's and then this type. Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - konafocuswrc - 10-06-2009 output looks not bad.. h4 got low and high together.. the one with halogen top of hid bulb is old old old old old old old old generation and not recommend.. go with the one got shield on top of hid bulb and it slides in and out when hitting high beam.. Yeah, thats what I got. Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - tetra - 10-06-2009 I got H13 bulbs on mine.. I went with 8000K bi-xenon's.. I aimed them a bit lower to help other drivers out. It only blinds people if we're on a black road with no lights at all.. Then it can piss people off a bit LOL.. It's funny, they flash me thinking I have my high beams on, then I put them on and like John said I can see them cover their eyes.. haha Will be getting that K2 Halo setup eventually though I think. They need to regulate lights now, s*** IS WAYYYY TOO BRIGHT! especially on roads with no lighting it gets annoying with those lights bouncing off your rear mirrors onto your eyes. :thumbsdownsmileyanim:   Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - Scorcher000 - 10-10-2009 Cali has them regulated and so does a lot of states. Even those HID from factory with the glass projector still bother me because you still catch that beam of off light and your in the same boat. Just wear your shades at night like that song lol B) B) Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - NefCanuck - 10-10-2009 Focus-SE,Oct 9 2009, 11: Wrote:Chromey,Oct 3 2009, 08:35 AM Wrote:Im a little surprised its not Law, If the car is blinding on-coming traffic, Should this be ok? Amen, if not for the electrochromatic auto rear dim on the Fusion I can't count the number of times I would have been blinded by people seeking to light up not only the road in front of them but as far as three cars interiors ahead :P NefCanuck Got Me Some 8000k Hid's - konafocuswrc - 10-10-2009 Scorcher000,Oct 9 2009, 10:10 AM Wrote:Cali has them regulated and so does a lot of states.
