yeah, stereo is not a warranty issue,
hell they wouldn't even know if u swapped the stock HU back in!

u can do with out a stereo, and if u decide to, pick up the componets for sale from sites like this one
and buy a new deck, and then get one of the many men here who swoon over u to install it for you . . .
done and done, and economically done too!

and u would be really happy with the result!

I upgraded just the head unit from the stock 6 disk/MP3 and its fine... took some tuning of the eq but it was all good..... i also put my subs in too... that was a big change.... mind you i never crank the sh!t outta the volume...only thing is you lose the cool steering column mount controls if you have them

As for your warranty... if you install a deck it would void your stereo and speakers etc. warranty. If you were to blow a speaker.... I say who's to know.. just toss the factory deck in and as long there is no sign of aftermarket stuf ie wiring or amps... if you have troubles...
