That'd help ;) . In general I find if you are courteous, persistent and professional with any type of complaint you'll get better results than someone who throws their hands in the air and screams. I don't know about you but I would make more of an effort helping out a nice guy than an asshole ;) .

one thing you could do.. since the vandalism deductible is usually cheaper (not always).. if its like 100$.. you can claim it was vandalised and only pay the lower deductible
