Weird. Did you etest right after you installed it? I was told to put a min of 1000km's on it before going for the etest. Did you wait idling for the test or just dropped it off and let them do thier thing....
I'm turbod, so I have more heat.....I will post my results when I get it done.

I drove it there, let it run and drove it onto the rollers, the cat was on there from the previous year, and had more than enough use.....

Magnaflo highflow cat, I forget the model, but it is a small oval one. I can't prove it was the location or the tune, until I get another test done. Before I do that I need to try and find a stock cat..... :(

if its only 2.25" then im out..sorry but i need 2.5"
hardkore...if u wrap the header it might pass since the wrap helps keep the heat IN the header...meaning that the gas is a lot hotter coming out than it normally would be...it might be enough to get the cat to work properly during the test...plus the added bonus of cooler under hood temps for ur intake
