^^Agreed. If they won't make it right publicly, tell them you're quite happy to shame them into submission.

^--- nice car!

you should go spend some of that disposable income at The FocusCanada.net store...

The Ceramic Travel Mugs are really quite nice..

If anyone has a mustang 'vert -- there's one or two here, can you provide me some pics of your car top up and down?

I need more pics illustrating the alignment with the a-pillars when up, and rear seats/trunk when down, along with anything that might dispel the myth that convertible tops are supposed to look rippled like curtains.

I'm going back on Monday and I hope to gather enough photographic evidence to brute force them into fixing it.

thanks!

Fixed. Smile

Yeah Fraser Ford out here in Oshawa has a lot full of Shelby's all marked down to sell...

They can't sell them cause their service department fawking sucks.

edit: not only would I never take a car there to get fixed, I'd never buy one off them either. Who knows what they done to it.

I really need 3 pics

1) Top up - Full side shot - to demonstrate how the roof meets the a-pillar
2) Top up - rear 3/4 view to demonstrate lack of ripples and wrinkles
3) Full down - rear - to demonstrate that top folds to flush with the trunk.

thanks man, I really appreciate the help.

RE: what the effin' hell - Mystake - 06-05-2011

can't believe you're getting hassled. If they think a soft top is supposed to have a wrinkle in it, wonder what they'd do with body lines.

RE: what the effin' hell - darkpuppet - 06-09-2011

so picked up the car today.. top looks better. still doesn't quite fold all the way down. I hope it'll work in a bit over the summer...

And they forgot to re-install the passenger side door sill.

So I have no door sill.

and of course, there's a couple of scratches and stuff on the frame rails for the roof that you can see while it's folding, but I believe those parts are aluminum, and I'll deal for now.

next time my car gets broken into, it's rolling into the lake.

RE: what the effin' hell - NOS2Go4Me - 06-09-2011

Did the soft top fold down completely when you bought it? Check.

Did the soft top work the day before it was broken in to? Check.

Does it work now? No check.

Missing parts that are wholly unrelated now? Check.

I'd be starting to look up a decent lawyer if you don't have one that you're on good terms with. You're getting f**ked over, bud.
