I always told cingular customers when they called and said how wonderful verizon is or they mocked the commerical to me "can you hear me now" my answer is no. Then I told the customers since u never hear a reply maybe it's inlaws or something like that he doesn't want to talk to so he walks around forever finding the dead spots. Which in this case is everywhere :D
