what is it? ZTs? ZX3? SE what options does it have? and yes 2K below is a good place to start. Usually they will give u some discount, not 2K but maybe 700 to 900 off

Generally they list the car for no less than 2X what they paid out for it, be it as a trade-in or at the auction. I'd start around 6000 too.

get in the first word! I went to get my focus, the guy said something like "well $X is as low as i can sell that car for, can't go any lower than that" then i said in my head "!@#$%", and bought it for that price.
