I had a buddy shove a 7th cd into my 6 cd player.... :rolleyes:
after going to the garage and being told I would lose my cd and radio for a new one, I asked them to remove the unit with the Ford radio removal tool.
went and bought a smaller set of torx and fixed it.
it use torx 08 and torx 10
very small bit.
if anyone ever need the info, here it is.

I went through 6 decks, 6disc kept jamming.
But the dealership gave me a new deck free of charge and send my old one out for service. And the cds were always mailed back to either me or the dealership for me to pick up.
