I have 45's, and on big dips and bumps my tires rub if i have someone in the back, and my car isnt even lowered...

Sorry Mike, neither one is good. Go with 205/45/17 better ride and they will not rub.
by choosing 205/45/17 your speedometer diff will be less then 0.2 compared to the regular 195/60/15 tires.
