I remember P51 said that he don't really like Redline and I will take his word. You best bet is the Ford MTX-75 and I myself run GM synchromesh.

2L Mobil1 ATF
2oz Ford friction modifier.
this is the recommended fluid by the guy that helped design the tranny for Ford, Terry Haines of HMS based out of Mich. USA.
