FSwerks has done it again, now for you zetec guys! - GFXjamie - 09-01-2010

Finally some pictures of the new zetec turbo kit, which surprisingly utilizes the factory exhaust manifold and heat shield for a factory sleeper look. stage 1 is 5.5 Psi intercooled and to upgrade jsut buy the MBC/EBC and turn up the boost.

for a low price of 3295$ including tuning and complete kit. 150$ off if you own an x3/x2 and 90$ for the boost controller if you desire more power.

Looks good.... maybe time for me to find a wagon after all

yep saw that, that is how ford should do from the begining..
only downside is that itg filter is siting too low to the ground..
it is okay for california but not here in toronto..

RE: FSwerks has done it again, now for you zetec guys! - GFXjamie - 09-01-2010

I have no issue with m filter and it is positioned in the same location and I have no splash shield either. Just don't go out in a tourrential down pour lol

This is wikedly inexpensive for the zetec guys, finally something cheap & high quality that we all know fswerks has to offer. I really wanna find an old sedan to use as a track rat now

Or just wait for the SVT kit they are making....

RE: FSwerks has done it again, now for you zetec guys! - Oscar The Grouch - 09-01-2010

Wonder if I could that on the SPI...

RE: FSwerks has done it again, now for you zetec guys! - GFXjamie - 09-01-2010

^ i wouldnt bother lol might aswell sell the spi and buy a zetec focus for the same price, they are pretty cheap these days.

and yea they have an SVT kit coming out aswell however it will use a tubular manifold instead of factory seeing as how they have a header from factory. i believe it will be slightly higher in price because of this.

Quote:The FSWERKS Zetec Turbo Kit comes (100%) complete, parts, tuning, injectors, etc...
Here is the pricing of the kit...
-$3295.00 Stage 1 intercooled turbo kit.
***For more power just purchase the Turbosmart MBC $89.95 and increase your boost, or run any other MBC or electronic boost controller on the market.
Thanks,
Vik

this quote is from focaljet, price is pretty good, not expensive.
it comes with injectors, SCT X3 flasher and free tune..comeplete and ready to be installed.

topspeed: $3495 for tuner kit, $1299.95 for other neccessary components and $399 for etune.

i heard setup is pretty much like precision turbo kit but fswerks were saying that manifolds ar closer to engine, thus fan doesn't needed to modify.
EDIT* they said they used ss adaptor in btw stock manifold and turbo.

i like fswerks setup, that is how ford should have done from the factory.
