from your photo it looks like you are svt, I got a OEM Ford Sensor from Ken for around the $50 mark. PM ZTWSquared for an exact price. No where near $99 tho! and DO NOT EVER USE BOSCH SENSORS IN YOUR SVT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
