Is it worth it to install a 4 point harness onto a rear stress bar or no? Lol

Is your car caged? Isn't the point of a 3 point so you can duck when you roll it. At least install a roll bar. It is nice to have to keep you in place when driving around the track

Get your hands on a COSDEVSVT bar and throw in some 4 point harness' makes it very easy to attach, and looks good as well. Haven't really felt any difference in body roll with the bar in but maybe some others can chime in

I don't really want to spend 300 bucks for one lol, at tht point I'd spend the 500 or so for a half cage
