Anyone work with Bell that can change the ownership of my BB to my name instead of my company name?
got a blackberry phone that needs some warranty work, but when i called bell they told me my company has to send it out for warranty work. When i told my work, they just sent me a new one instead. So i've got this BB that has warranty, but needs to be fixed. So if anyone could help please let me know.

The name the Handset is affiliated with does NOT have to be the same as yours to have it shipped out, why do I say this? because I shipp stuff all the time to the OEM's and there is no requirement at their level, its a piss-poor bell policy probaly, or the rep is trying to be a f***ing dick. just tell him to f*** off and shipp the phone out to the OEM for warranty repair. tell him you dont even want a piss poor loaner, cus that is ultamitely why they need ur name, they need to do an esn swap on your company phone to the loaner and your not the BAN Owner or the prim auth on the BAN.
