Well i finally got my "new-to-me" motor in with the PWSC and it fired up no prob....
Idled for a bit, i touched the throttle and then it sputtered and stalled
Threw codes 1504 and 1506, and my code reader doesn't go that high....
Anyone know what these codes mean?

P1506 Idle Air Control Overspeed Error
Check your connections to the IAC :)
I have a spare IAC here if you want to try that...

I also had these and it turned out to be the EGR where it plumbs back into the intake on the firewall side

i believe i had 1504 before
i think it was damaged rubber hoes on the bottom of the intake manifold

if i remember correctly, i beleive it may be possible to to install the IAC backwards. might wanna check that.
