really not wanting to put in another stereo right now i decided to buy something else with my insurance money
so i found this for really cheap and couldnt pass it up :D

so for $800 :D
i got a 2000 zx3
the interior is mint & all black which is nice
new brakes all around with reciepts
a few other new things with reciepts
body needs some patch work done(which ill do myself asap)
other than a little body work all it really needs is a new trunk lock cause the bungey cord i dont think will hold up much longer

oh yeh and a set of snow tires & rims came with it too

My New Toy! - ZED_not_zee - 12-16-2007

My New Toy! - DD1 - 12-16-2007

My New Toy! - naz - 12-16-2007

My New Toy! - Burnin21 - 12-16-2007

Nice find if I found that before you I woulda snagged that :P

My New Toy! - NefCanuck - 12-17-2007

$800? Cripes if that thing passes safety & emissions, even if you have to put in $1K worth of parts and labour, yer laughing

past an e-test a couple weeks ago
the people i bought it off got it for there 17 year old daughter, but she couldnt learn 5 speed.
they wanted it out of there driveway before a lot more snow came cause they live up north
ill be giving it to the father in-law for a safety this week, hopefully nothing to major

My New Toy! - NikiterZTS - 12-17-2007

$800? whats the mileage on it?

My New Toy! - castone - 12-17-2007

lol i was waiting for someone to ask about the milage
306k
the original owner lived near barrie and drove to toronto for work everyday
so its mainly highway milage
it runs great i drove it home from up north solid / clean ride

My New Toy! - NefCanuck - 12-17-2007

-pfft- If it passes a safety, even tossing in a new motor you'd still be laughing (At 306K though I'm curious as to the condition of the clutch)

My New Toy! - castone - 12-17-2007

clutch seems good so far
feels ok to me, pretty similar to my 05 actually
had it out today in the snow, ran perfect

found a problem with it though
the heater control is busted so i only get hot air blowing on the windshield
and my feet are freezing

My New Toy! - NikiterZTS - 12-17-2007

yep....now im not suprised why the price was that low.....

i better sell my car in the spring or sometime, to get even some money for it

My New Toy! - castone - 12-17-2007

how many k's you got on yours nic?

My New Toy! - ZX3_2NV - 12-19-2007

Great buy you can make your money back with just parting it out

My New Toy! - Flofocus - 12-19-2007

fawk me - thats a great deal!

My New Toy! - naz - 12-19-2007

off topic.. you should sell off that car to members who get into car accidents this winter. i bet you could make a solid couple of hundred bucks profit that they would save a lot of time and money trying to find replacement body parts
