Just purchased a used car and to my utter surprise it didn't come with a key remote. Anyone have a spare one around they'd like to sell?

Wtb - Key Fob/remote - Frost__2001 - 11-14-2007
the Fobs will work with all focus models including all ford products made and sold in north america, they will work with any ford going back to 1992 - 2008 model fords. I had some fun with some of the extra fobs I've had.
I got these ones from a Cougar, and the other from a 2004 Focus. I tested them out on my focus so they are currently programmed to my car to unlock / lock etc...
Do you know how to program the fobs? I can send you the how too on a sheet of paper to do it.
how dose $10 shipped with instructions sound?
If you have a Focus LX without power locks they may not work, also if your car didn't come with the remotes / or 2 black keys more then likely your car was a Repo at some point.
I can do paypal and ship out next / same day.

I bought it from a dealer who said they picked it up at an auction so I'm hoping there wasn't any 'funny' business going on with it. He said it was a lease return. I should have done a carfax on it.
I didn't know all fobs will work with any focus. The guy from Ford I spoke to said he needed a specific serial # to cross reference with my VIN to see if it was compatible.
Your deal sounds great. I saw how to program them somewhere online but if it's no trouble it would be great to have your instructions. Please provide me with your PayPal as I'd be interested in getting the Fobs right away. Do they have the trunk release button too? They're in decent shape? Can I pay you extra for express post shipping?

haha for a sec i thought you were charing 10$ for instructions :)but then realized it was for the fob.
I think the instructions are also stated in the Owners manual, no?
