Transport Canada issues recalls for some Nissan and GM vehicles

Ottawa, Ontario - Transport Canada has issued its latest recalls, which may affect some Nissan, Pontiac and Saturn models.
2007 Nissan Armada
Vehicles affected: 18
On certain vehicles, the third-row left outboard seatbelt shoulder harness anchor may fail to comply with strength requirements. The seatbelt may not properly restrain occupants during a vehicle crash. Dealers will replace the harness anchor.
2008 Pontiac Solstice
2008 Saturn Sky
Vehicles affected: 19
On certain vehicles, the inboard seat stud fasteners may fail to comply with strength requirements. In the event of a crash, the seat and seatbelt assembly may not restrain the occupant as intended. Dealers will inspect the studs and, if necessary, remove the stud and install a bolt.
