Well, from a stopped point if I use the switch to delay, low or on, it does nothing. Sometimes it moves slightly.
However if I turn it on high and move the blade manualy, it will make a few swipes than stopps halfway.

Mine went out a few weeks ago. It was slowing down a great deal comparing it to before. It would work one or two times before quitting completely, or not at all. I got my replacement from Dru before he shipped ZX3 2NV off to the crusher.

3 bolts off the actual wiper assembly other than taking off the covers.
