Very nice!

How hard was it without a bushing press?

I need to do this.....

Is that the prothane or energy kit?

I need to do that too. I was thinking of re-painting mine as well. I helped my Cousin put poly urethane bushings in his Cougar, all we did was use a simple vice. Turned out well, it was just time consuming, thats all.

it was horrible most of the bolts had to be cut off I went with prothane from new edgeperformance awesome guy and quick! I also replaced my stock sway bar bushings I have a special tool to press out the bushing Its called a socket and a BFH :]
