I did just speak with a friend of mine that sells tires.
This may be usefull for guys on the east side as the shop is in Ajax.
14" 4x108 Steel Rims - $50.

Pirelli W190 - $400
Toyo - Observe G-02 - $525

Do you know if the Toyo have the rebate on them or is he not a certified dealer.(meaning he buys from another person instead of the main warehouse in Brampton)

Yes the Toyo Rebate Still applies, so it is 525-$40.
For those interested they can contact the shop, it is a small shop started by a few friends from another site.

195 is standard focus width on 14-16inch rims :blink:

To be honest I never realy even double checked the size, just sent it over to my buddy since I copied it from scorchers post above.
195's are probably very very close to the same price.
