the bar will run you about $215-220 with tax, as for shipping, it will depend on the box it comes in. sometimes they come in huge boxes, sometimes they come in bubble wrap or i could wrap and box it myself. but you'd be looking at about $20-35 for shipping, if you still want that rear mount, add in $125cnd and shipping would not change.
