Got access to my old email form when I was first talking about selling the site.
Any way some you you thought I was crazy for how much I was wanting to sell the site for.
Here is the appraisel I got back. Pretty interesting. Not sure how accurate it is now and what they use to come with these numbers.

I just find it amuzing that Jay thinks the site was worth that much money.
I don't expect that kind of money from the sale of a business we own, that actually generates income for us.
So how can/could he justify such a cost for fc.net?
In his own little world I guess.
How's that Honda holding out? I hear they make bicycles now?
