I believe that the person doing that conversion is in BC. So I doubt it was him. Must have been someone else.

there is ZX3 2envy, but his doesnt have the engine in it, he was also saying he is going to transport the car to desilva. maybe you saw him?

yeah but its blue with black on the top half, and a mix of different body kits on the car.
The blue RS conversion is in BC, your right.
