Why does my number come up as a locked number on some of my friends cell phones??? Is it on their end or mine?
Is is a setting on my phone I need to change?
My buddies don;t answer when I call because it comes up as a "locked or blocked" number.

on most phones, there is a function you can turn on or off.
"send my caller id" or something to that effect.

also, it depends if your provider has your TN listed as blocked/private

That's a system feature. You'll have to call Customer Service to have your outbound call display turned back on. Telus works the same way.
