ok I don't want this to get too out of hand cause I think you're taking it too serious. I am not complaining to guys on a website that work for rogers. I was just stating my experience I never called anyone out asking for help or anything and *if* I were to write to some magical dept. within rogers that handles these issues I am sure I would get some resolution from them.... in 7 years and if I wrote in a national newspaper about it. Maybe. You're missing the point maybe they HAD to write about this ordeal and add in terrorist and whatnot to get public attention and some media on this cause if they didn't it would be on the cutting room floor with the other non terrorist articles etc.

oh and I have taken some of my past issues to the " complaints " dept. atleast that's what they said it was, for all I know it could have been the person sitting beside them. Nothing was resolved in my favour.

If that was here I would reconsider my ban on cell phones. But only if they thru in dancing girls and a BJ yearly.

I have Rogers for Cell, I really like Rogers. I never have any issues with billing or anything. I am on a corporate plan though so that might affect things.

I make ~200-250 calls a month at least on my cell.

The only thing is certain places Bell has better reception but that's only certain places.
