Has any one had a problem with an antifreeze leak from the thermostat housing before. I changed the O ring and it was good for a while but this morning it puked all over my driveway

I noticed mine leaking a little the other day too....not bad I just saw that it was a little wet.
I had the same thing on my SVT.
Turned out the housing was warped it was covered under waranty. I think it costs about 70 bucks

yeah, either the housing is wrapped or the bottom seal is dried out and it leak.
someone on Focaljet suggested better quality o-rings made to hold 3 times the heat of the stock ones. hope this helps. -Marc

Ya everyone has this problem sooner or later. Some genious decided that a plastic housing should be mounted to a scorching hot block. Either warpped or o ring gone!
