Maybe post the clip on FocalJet, might be some existing owners who can tell you if it sounds correct.

Could be a vacuum leak. What's your idle like? Are the revs hanging and/or then dropping down to where it shakes and cuts out?
I was at Steeda on Saturday trying to get chipped but ran into trouble with some vacuum leaks with my JRSC. Anyways after that we went to the dyno to see a 500 plus HP Mustang get tuned after some boost upgrades. It came in sputtering and smoking like a SOB. Well the meister tamed the beast with earth shattering run at 533 hp!! :o
This took about a dozen pulls on the dyno with a few problems that needed fixing or adjusting. One of the problems was a whistling noise that sounding similar to your procharger sound. One of the guys put there hand over the TB and the whistling stopped. They found a leak at the gasket. The car owner made a gasket out of cardboard and sealed it with some sealant. It appeared to work as there was no more whistling noise and he gained some more HP on his next dyno run.

Jay, they are a bit noisier but not quite like that. It sounds like the belt is on too tight.
The kicking and sputtering is normal, even a little stalling. We had this problem all last year, but now with the changes the car is running mint, except for a tune.
I really noticed at the end of your video when you shut the car down that the engine quit very quickly, and that to me seems to mean that the belt is too tight.
best of luck.

it doesn't sound bad per se.. centrifugal blowers can sound anywhere from a high pitched whine to virtually silent.. a lot of it depends on the cut of the drive gears. Straight cut gears provide more noise than helical...
considering the location and size of the procharger, I wouldn't say it sounds wrong... but only procharger could say for sure.
other than that, your idle seems to be really uneven. is that just a tune issue?
[edit] meford has a point, but I would need to see how quickly mine shuts down to say for sure.... [/edit]

Ya. I cant say to much till I get the tune on. Once thats on I can make another video clip and see if it sounds at all the same.
I could be possible we put the belt on to tight. If you were to take your finger and pull on the belt it wont really move but its on just so it feals tigth enough.
Hmm vacumm leak. Im not to sure. Like I said teh car ran perfect the day before and all I did was bolt on the blower. We did have to run a line from the bypass vavle to a vacumm line reference. Wonder if we ran it to the right line? I will take a picture of the line I tapped into and see what you guys think.

The vacuum line you speak of Jay, on the JRSC, runs off a "t" from the PCV.

This one here goes to a vacumm line right in behind the intake manifold. Same place I think you would tap into if I was putting in a boost gauge. How ever Im sure it was the right line.
Pictures tonight :D
