Yes Eliteauto's drilling the rotors himself (well, get's a tool and die shop to do it for him) but the milling is fantastic... laser accurate... the ones I got off him were $75 for the pair

whoa those are expensive pads.. hawk hps are $55usd a pair

Try finding Hawk pads in Canada though, for a decent price.
