hey guys im getting the tial mvs wastegate amd just wanted to know how i know what spring to get
can sombody give me som insight on what spring to get

Well how much Boost do you want. Is what I can figure for the spring.
Currently - 2014 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE 4X4 Work Truck. Needs a Super Charger
2012 F150 Eco Boost Work Truck < Died several times and now it's some farmer problem.

already gave him the low down on BBM lol but here it is again
6-7 psi (180-200) is fine for your spring then up it to 12-14 (280-300) for hi boost
