I don't look like Nick but down to 180 from 205. 25 pounds I've kept off in the last year. Completely stopped going to the gym, and joined an jiu jitsu dojo about 4 months ago. Much more fun work out, and I'm learning tons. Still walking the dog and still playing hockey as much as I can.

If I could get to my high school weight of 170, that would be butter.
