[Mystake]

I had terrible luck with Fraser Ford in Oshawa. They gave me the car back, claimed it was fixed but it still misfired. They then claimed it was oil on the clutch causing it to slip when really it was a misfire, like I told them, because the spark plugs were bad.

Fast Forward,

I sent to the car to Shanahan Ford in New Market. They kept the car for 2 weeks but eventually got it running like new. They straight up told me when they asked to drop the trans that they were doing it, just to see what was up. they didn't claim it to be the end-all fix-all, but literally I asked "are you guys throwing parts at it to see what happens?"... "yes." (they ended up solving the issues, because they dropped the trans. if i had said no the car would've never run right)

Also, they charged me 85$ for an ECU that they themselves had brought it from a wrecker nearby.

I wouldn't hesitate to go back there... except I live in Ottawa now and have a Canadian Tire nearby that I 100% trust with my focus with more than anywhere else.


But srsly, it seems ford dealerships are awful places to take your car to. I'm super sorry to hear about your bad luck and I'm definitely scared now of ford dealerships.

Don Way Ford is great man. They didn't even question my mods and started working on the tranny right away under warranty
