Nice shots! What lens were you using?

Also, what creates that "vignette" effect on the corners of the images?

nice shots!!
i like the last pics as well but i would use MF function and focus onto the front end.


that vignette effect is edge of the lens showing..

i've done some touch..

I'm using an 18-55mm VR with an ebay screw on wide angle .45x . That's where the fade out corner come from. Though with the screw on I'm almost at a real 18mm with the crop factor of the camera. I bought that because I don't have the money right now to get the 10-20mm lens for real wide angle. but soon! :)



The only effects you see on the last 4 pics are shadow and highlights, I'm not a big fan of photoshop, I like OEM pictures!

how are you liking the D60? I've thinking about going with that camera when I purchase a DSLR.

I'm the same way man - I have a D50. Hopefully I'll get to upgrade this year. :)

Great I love it, with the 18-55mm VR lens it's a very good combo, of course I want other lens too, but as it is, it's a great buy.
