I live over 10km away from the blast site, and my building shook at 4 in the morning with the initial blast -- enough to wake me from my slumber to a swaying building and rattling windows. Scared the hell out of me (were we having an earthquake? that wasn't wind.. what the hell was that?!)

My parents are at Weston/Eglinton and my Dad woke up to what he first thought was thunder. After that, it was anyone's guess.

http://www.savetube.com if you want to download the vids off youtube for yourself in case "the powers that be" try and make them disappear. Save the file with the extension .flv, for Flash video. Nero can convert it easily to wmv or whatever you want.
