Not so much a product, but a good experience with a vendor.
I needed a new flex pipe for the Focus, so I started calling around. Called my local shop, $193.00 for the part plus labour. My buddy/Ford parts guy wanted $210 plus labour. Midas wanted to fix it (new flex piece glued onto existing flanges) for $225. Mr. Muffler wanted $400 taxes in to replace. :o
I remember from my old Escort GT and Taurus days about people using Rock Auto. I went online and checked it out. Nice site, great prices. My flex pipe was $75, so I also picked up some heavy duty Moog end-links for roughly $20 a piece. :) I had them shipped to the UPS store in Ogdensburg, NY (25 minutes from my place) for about $10, and then I used a 5% off code I found online. Grand total of $120 USD (about $122 CDN that day).
Ordered on Friday, parts were in on Monday, and I picked them up on Tuesday ($5 holding fee at UPS Store). They will also ship to Canada via USPS and charge you duty upfront as well, so no nasty surprises from UPS or the post office. B)
Product was packed immaculately, free toolbox magnet in the box as well.
Oh, and I played dumb at customs and didn't have my invoice with me, and they let me through without paying. :D
All in all, great purchase experience, and I'm already going to use them again for A/C parts, timing belt and possible suspension.
Two thumbs up from me for Rock Auto!

P.S. I should be receiving a 5% off code, and once I get it I will post it here!
